At Ghers, we are committed to delivering fresh, locally sourced farm products straight to your doorstep in Abu Dhabi. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Delivery Area

• We currently deliver within Abu Dhabi city only.

• Expansion to other Emirates will be announced in the future.

2. Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday (no deliveries on Fridays or public holidays).

• Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be delivered same day or next day, depending on product availability.

• Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the following delivery slot.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Standard delivery: within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.

• Specific delivery times may vary based on product availability and location within Abu Dhabi.

• Customers will receive a confirmation message once the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Fees

• Standard delivery fee of AED 30 applies.

5. Receiving Your Order

• Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

• If delivery is missed due to customer unavailability, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

6. Freshness Guarantee

• All products are packed and transported carefully to maintain freshness.

• If you receive any product that is damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

7. Order Tracking

• At this time, live tracking is not available.

• Customers will be notified via email/WhatsApp once their order is on the way.
